  3. How do I find out more about the CDE™ examination?
The exam is administered by the National Certification Board of Diabetes Educators (NCBDE). You may call (847) 228-9795 for details or fax (847) 228-8469. The "Diabetes Mellitus Seminar: From Theory To Practice" is not affiliated with the AADE or NCBDE.

  5. Will this course help me pass the CDE™ exam?
Past attendees report that they felt well prepared for the exam. The course covers a great deal of information and attendees are able to clearly identify areas for further study. The course faculty is comprised of leaders in the diabetes community from committee chairs of task forces, past diabetes association presidents, to well published individuals in the diabetes world. Most have lectured with this course since its inception in 1988. Although this course is not a review course, we have experienced many CDE's™ who consistantly attend this course to gain or maintain credentialing. Our track record speaks for itself.

  7. How will I know if I am registered?
Confirmations are sent by email one week before the course starts. Registrants may also call (908) 771-0030 or send an email message to request confirmation. However, if maximum enrollment is reached, all applicants who will not be enrolled are contacted provided you submit your day and evening phone numbers on your application.
